2Nats is seeking a qualified lawyer to join its in-house legal team in Singapore. This role is ideal for lawyers making their first move in-house from private practice, offering broad commercial exposure and mentorship.

Key responsibilities include drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements, providing practical advice, and supporting regulatory/compliance matters while collaborating with various business units.

Qualifikationen

• Qualified lawyer admitted in Singapore or another recognised common-law jurisdiction.
• Less than 4 years of post-qualification experience.
• Relevant commercial or corporate experience gained in private practice and/or an in-house role.
• Strong drafting, analytical and communication skills.

• Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements, including NDAs, service, supplier and customer contracts.
