Job summary

A leading human resources firm in Singapore is seeking a legal professional to handle contract negotiations and provide legal advice on corporate governance. Candidates should have a degree in Law and a minimum of 5 years’ experience in corporate/commercial law. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential. This position is located in the Changi Area and requires a work schedule of 5 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, vendor agreements, and service arrangements.
• Provide legal advice on corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory matters.
• Support dispute resolution and litigation management where required.
• Liaise with external counsel and regulatory authorities as necessary.
• Conduct legal research and prepare internal advisories on policy or legislative updates.

Requirements

• Degree in Law and admitted to practice in Singapore (or relevant jurisdiction).
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in corporate/commercial law, ideally in-house or with a reputable law firm.
• Strong knowledge of contract law, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
