Job summary

Randstad Singapore is seeking an experienced Legal Counsel on behalf of a bank to provide commercially sound legal advice on banking products and operational matters in Singapore.

You will draft and negotiate loan documentation and commercial agreements, assess legal risks, and coordinate with internal stakeholders and external counsel to support business growth and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree and qualified banking and finance lawyer with at least 5 years PQE.
• Experience in a bank's legal department or a reputable law firm specializing in financial services.
• Draft and negotiate loan documentation and commercial agreements.
• Develop internal legal policies and coordinate with internal stakeholders and external counsel.
