We’re hiring aLegal Counselfor a leading energy group (Top 3in China,publicly listed) expanding rapidly acrossSoutheast Asia, the Middle East, and Europe.

This newly created role is ideal for a legal professional with international project and M&A experience looking to work across borders and high-impact infrastructure initiatives.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead legal matters for cross-borderprojects, contracts,M&A, and joint ventures

  • Overseeregulatory complianceacrossAPAC, Middle East, andEurope

  • Advise on project risk, legal strategy, and dispute resolution

  • Collaborate with regional legal teams and senior business stakeholders

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Singapore qualifiedlawyerwith8–10 yearsof legal experience ininternational projects, M&A, or infrastructure/energy

  • Solid background inconstruction law, joint ventures, and contract negotiation

  • Prior experience in the energy sector (renewable energy, oil and gas, utilities, etc.) will be considered a strong asset due to the nature of the company’s projects

  • Strong understanding of legal systems inAPAC, Middle East, and Europe
