This newly created role is ideal for a legal professional with international project and M&A experience looking to work across borders and high-impact infrastructure initiatives.
What You’ll Do:
Lead legal matters for cross-borderprojects, contracts,M&A, and joint ventures
Overseeregulatory complianceacrossAPAC, Middle East, andEurope
Advise on project risk, legal strategy, and dispute resolution
Collaborate with regional legal teams and senior business stakeholders
Who We’re Looking For:
Singapore qualifiedlawyerwith8–10 yearsof legal experience ininternational projects, M&A, or infrastructure/energy
Solid background inconstruction law, joint ventures, and contract negotiation
Prior experience in the energy sector (renewable energy, oil and gas, utilities, etc.) will be considered a strong asset due to the nature of the company’s projects
Strong understanding of legal systems inAPAC, Middle East, and Europe
