Job summary

Axiom is seeking Legal Consultants with M&A experience to support a global Fortune 500 client. You will provide legal and regulatory guidance on cross-border transactions, lead due diligence, and draft and negotiate transaction documents.

The role also covers technology agreements and fintech matters, including data protection, with external counsel managed as needed. The position offers a competitive compensation package with health benefits and CPF/MPF contributions.

Qualifications

• Circa 3 years’ PQE experienced in advising / supporting M&A transactions.

• Provide legal and regulatory advice on cross border transactions and ensuring activities comply with applicable laws, regulations and internal policies.
• Lead and support mergers and acquisitions, investments, joint ventures and other corporate transactions, including legal due diligence, drafting, negotiation and execution of transaction documents.
• Draft, review and negotiate commercial and technology agreements.
• Support fintech and technology-related matters including data protection and manage external counsel where specialist advice is required.
