Legal & Compliance Manager - Asset Management

Responsibilities

1. Review and update all compliance policies and procedures and provide training to ensure compliance of staff of the Company and funds/accounts managed by the Company.
2. Review, discuss, and negotiate company documents and ensure regulatory compliance.
3. Coordinate with fund administrators and clients to resolve legal and compliance-related issues.
4. Engage with internal and external senior stakeholders.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance or relevant fields.
2. 3-8 years of experience within the finance industry (required).
3. Familiar with MAS regulations and asset management compliance, CMS license.
4. Strong background in legal contracts.
5. Open to candidates without bar qualification (Legal background required).
6. Able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
7. Great ability to troubleshoot, solve problems, and multitask.
