Job summary

Tan & Lim is a boutique law firm in Singapore seeking a Legal Associate (NQ-2 PQE) to join the team. You will work directly with experienced practitioners across civil litigation, conveyancing and probate, with hands-on exposure and increasing responsibility in a close-knit environment.

Admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor in Singapore, you should have up to two years of post-qualification experience and a genuine interest in multiple practice areas.

Qualifications

Admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor in Singapore.
Newly qualified to 2 years' post-qualification experience.
Exposure to civil litigation, conveyancing and probate matters.
Strong research, drafting and communication skills.
Meticulous, organized and able to manage deadlines.

Responsibilities

Civil and Commercial Litigation: Manage contentious matters, attend hearings and prepare court documents.
Conveyancing and Real Estate: Handle property transactions and liaise with banks and authorities.
Probate and Estate Administration: Prepare wills and probate applications.
Legal Drafting and Advisory: Draft/review contracts and provide legal analysis.
Client and Matter Management: Liaise with clients and manage files with supervision.
