Legal Associate

We are seeking an associate with 2 to 4 years’ PQE to join our corporate and commercial practice. You will gain experience in cross-border transactions and collaborating with international offices within the Eversheds Sutherland network, of which we are a member.

Applicants must have a good foundation in company law, and experience advising on financing and security documents, or in the financial regulatory sector is an advantage (not a must). Other qualities we look for are good analytical and communication skills, the ability to work proactively and reliably under pressure, and being independent without sacrificing team spirit.

Candidates must be qualified in Singapore or another common law jurisdiction.
