Job Description:

  • Provide full legal administrative support to the legal team
  • Assist counsel in managing patent and trademark application processes
  • Administer and maintain databases of legal documents and industry-specific regulations
  • Monitor and report on regulatory changes and developments
  • Liaise with other departments, overseas counterparts, and external parties where necessary
  • Assist counsel in clearing routine data privacy requests
  • Administer contract management process (tracking, filing, and executing contracts)
  • Prepare routine contracts according to existing processes
  • Other tasks as assigned from time to time

Requirements:

The ideal candidate must be detail-orientated (able to stay on top of trackers), and good at managing timelines. The candidate should also have prior experience in dealing with compliance/disputes/IP matters.
