Job Description
- Provide administrative support to the legal department in contracts and IP areas
- Administer contract management process (tracking, filing, and executing contracts)
- Maintain and update internal contract inventory systems and trackers
- Liaise with other departments and external parties where necessary
- Other related tasks assigned from time to time
Requirements
The ideal candidate must be detail-orientated (able to stay on top of trackers), and good at managing timelines. The candidate should also have prior experience in handling administrative matters.
- A minimum of 1 year of legal administrative experience
- Highly ethical, discreet and able to maintain confidentiality
- Meticulous, organized and committed to delivering high-quality work
- Able to manage a large amount of paperwork, multitask and work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
