Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a full-time Lecturer for a 2-year contract in Singapore’s School of InfoComm Technology. The role focuses on teaching modules in software engineering, DevSecOps, full stack development, and programming.

The candidate will be assigned to the Artificial Intelligence and Digitalisation Center to develop Technology, Innovation & Entrepreneurship (TIE), and to teach PET and CET classes. Training will be provided for unfamiliar domains.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in software engineering, DevSecOps, Terraform and full stack development.
• Committed to staying updated with industry advancements and integrating new technologies into teaching.
• Passionate about education and mentoring both youth and adult learners.
• Ability to design engaging curriculum and deliver classes.
• Self-driven, independent and collaborative with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Work on industry or consultancy projects.
• Assist with Software Business Development.
• Explore collaboration opportunities with industry partners for curriculum and CET initiatives.
• Keep abreast of trends in technologies and teaching.
• Handle administrative teaching tasks.
• Supervise and mentor students in competitions and projects.
• Support student learning through consultation and mentorship.
• Develop and update teaching curriculum and materials.
