Job summary

Public Service Division seeks a Lecturer/Senior Lecturer (Veterinary Technology) to design, develop and deliver CET programmes across veterinary disciplines. You will craft lesson plans, slides and assessments, and create engaging e-learning content to meet evolving industry needs.

You will monitor course outcomes, collaborate with teams, and support promotions, including evening classes for adult learners.造

Qualifications

• Qualification in veterinary technology/veterinary nursing or its equivalent from recognised institutions.
• 3–8 years of relevant industrial experience in a vet clinic/animal hospital.
• Familiar with Day One Competences for Veterinary Nurses.
• Passion for developing talents and sharing knowledge with youths and adult learners.
• Resourceful and able to work independently to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work well in a team.
• Available to work evenings for night classes.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, review, and deliver CET programmes in veterinary-related disciplines (animal care, veterinary nursing, animal behaviour and training).
• Develop training materials including lesson plans, slides, assessments, and practical guides.
• Identify emerging industry trends and create new CET courses and programmes.
• Adopt innovative teaching methodologies, including blended and experiential learning.
• Design and develop e-learning content, including microlearning modules.
• Monitor and evaluate course satisfaction and performance; implement improvements.
• Coordinate pre-semester planning, timetabling, resource allocation and course setup.
• Support course promotion activities.

• Adopt innovative and learner-centric teaching methodologies, including blended and experiential learning approaches

What we are looking for
