Qualifications

• Language requirement: able to teach and communicate fluently in Mandarin.

Responsibilities

Candidates who can teach multiple modules within a discipline are highly preferred.

Job Description

• Advanced Diploma: Human Resource & Leadership, Sustainable Corporate Strategic Management, Project Management, Financial & Management Accounting, Hospitality & Tourism Management, Logistics & Supply Chain Management

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, HR, or a related discipline

• For Full-Time candidates: some academic research experience (publications, research projects, or curriculum development) is required

• Teaching experience in higher education or corporate training is an advantage

• Industry experience in business operations, finance, marketing, HR, or hospitality is a plus

• Professional certifications (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, SHRM, PMP, CIM) are highly regarded

2. Artificial Intelligence (Diploma & Advanced Diploma)

Modules to be taught include:

• Diploma: Python Programming Fundamentals, Data Handling & Visualisation, Machine Learning Fundamentals, Neural Networks & Deep Learning Basics, AI Ethics & Governance / Generative AI

• Advanced Diploma: Advanced Machine Learning, AI Model Deployment & MLOps, Intelligent Process Automation, Business Analytics & AI Strategy, AI Governance & Project Management

Requirements:

• Degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

• Proficient in Python and familiar with mainstream AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)

• Sound knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, data preprocessing, and model evaluation

• Industry project experience in AI / data analytics is an advantage

• Related professional certifications or prior teaching / training experience is a plus

3. Construction Management (Diploma & Advanced Diploma)

• Diploma: Construction Drawing & Documentation, Construction Materials, Applied Mechanics / Engineering Statics, Construction Technology, Workplace Safety & Health, Geotechnical & Foundation Engineering

• Advanced Diploma: Construction Project Planning & Management, Construction Technology & Methods, Procurement & Contract Administration, Construction Budgeting & Cost Control, Quality Control & Risk Management, Safety Management in Construction

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building, Architectural Technology, or a related field

• Knowledge of construction drawings, building materials, construction methods, and site operations

• Familiarity with BIM / CAD software (Revit, AutoCAD) is an advantage

• Industry experience in construction, site supervision, or project coordination is highly preferred

• Professional qualifications (e.g., BCA certifications, ISO / WSH auditor, PMP) are a plus

4. Electrical & Electronic Engineering (Diploma & Advanced Diploma)

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, Communication Engineering, or a related field

• Sound knowledge of electronic circuits, embedded systems, PLC / industrial automation, and power systems

• Hands-on lab / practical teaching ability is essential

• Industry experience in electrical / electronics manufacturing, automation, or power systems is an advantage

Remuneration

• Part-Time: $50 – $80 per hour (commensurate with qualifications and experience)
