Temasek Polytechnic’s School of Design is looking for a dedicated and dynamic professional with an educator’s heart to join our Diploma in Fashion Management & Design. This role offers an opportunity to lead, inspire, and empower future fashion thinkers and entrepreneurs.

Successful candidates will:

• Lead lessons and workshops that incorporate digital fashion tools (e.g., Clo3D) into the design and product development process.
• Guide students through real-world product development cycles—from research and concept development to tech packs and final production (virtual or physical).
• Mentor students in exploring their creative identity and developing commercially viable, digitally enabled design solutions.
• Recognize and respond to diverse learning needs and backgrounds, providing academic and pastoral support to nurture growth, well-being, and creative confidence through student-centered interventions.
• Support interdisciplinary, innovation-led learning that connects design with technology, sustainability, and communication, encouraging diverse perspectives and real-world applications.
• Collaborate with industry and academic peers to co-create curricula that reflect emerging practices and trends.
• Promote skills upgrading among working adults through professional workshops and continuing education programs.

What we are looking for:

The candidate should have:

• At least 5 years of industry experience, preferably with a strong digital and product-focused portfolio in the local/global fashion industry.
• Proven expertise in digital fashion and 3D visualization, with hands-on experience using tools like Clo3D.
• A strong understanding of the fashion ecosystem, including local and global market dynamics, consumer behavior, and how digital innovation is transforming fashion design, marketing, and delivery.
• Familiarity with digital fashion workflows, including e-commerce, digital marketing, and agile product development across physical and virtual retail landscapes.
• A passion for mentoring, education, or industry leadership, motivated by shaping young minds.
• Effective communication skills, bringing authenticity, curiosity, and creative energy into the classroom.
• Teaching or mentoring experience is preferred, or a strong desire to contribute to education and student development.
