Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD invites applications for a Lecturer role across engineering, sciences or management faculties in Singapore. You will deliver lectures, tutorials, workshops, and laboratory sessions, and may assume Programme/Module Leader responsibilities.

You will develop curricula, online resources and assessments, supervise final-year projects, and monitor student progress with proactive learning support. A strong teaching passion and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in a relevant discipline; PhD is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of curriculum development, assessment and student engagement.
• Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Passionate about teaching, student development and continuous academic improvement.

Responsibilities

• Deliver lectures, tutorials, workshops, laboratory/studio sessions and other assigned classes.
• Take on Programme/Module Leader responsibilities where assigned.
• Develop and enhance curriculum, teaching materials and online/blended learning resources.
• Set, mark and moderate coursework and examinations in line with module and course requirements.
• Supervise undergraduate and postgraduate final-year projects, dissertations and research work.
• Monitor student engagement, academic progress and performance, providing appropriate learning support and early intervention.
• Conduct student consultations, focus groups and feedback sessions.
• Support academic quality assurance, university audits, programme reviews and accreditation activities.
• Participate in research, scholarly and professional activities in line with institutional requirements.
• Collaborate with academic and programme teams on curriculum development, student recruitment, retention and programme enhancement.
• Participate in school events, marketing activities and other academic/administrative projects as required.
