Job summary

Republic Polytechnic seeks experienced educators to develop and deliver pre-employment and continuing education curricula for the F&B sector. You will train adult learners, assess performance, and support students through coaching and mentoring.

Responsibilities include delivering programmes related to Restaurant Development, F&B Management, Pastry & Baking, Food Science R&D, and related fields, while contributing to research projects and industry events.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication skills with all levels of staff
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in dynamic environments
• Strong presentation and training delivery abilities
• Experience developing curricula or delivering client-facing training is a plus

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver pre-employment and continuing education curricula
• Deliver training programmes to adult learners, including after-hours sessions
• Coach and mentor students; provide feedback and support
• Participate in research, industry projects and diploma-related events
