Job Description:

We are seeking a Lecturer and Consultant (Director-level) with a doctoral degree and substantial industry experience. The successful candidate will teach undergraduate and/or postgraduate courses on a semester basis and conduct consulting projects on an ad-hoc basis.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and teach undergraduate and/or postgraduate courses, primarily in financial accounting and financial management.

· Supervise student projects and provide academic mentoring.

· Collaborate with industry partners to develop and deliver executive training programs and workshops.

· Perform applied research and conduct management consulting projects for small businesses and individual clients.

Job Requirements:

· Doctoral degree (PhD or equivalent) in a relevant field.

· A minimum of 5 years of teaching experience in relevant subject areas, as well as at least 5 years of related industry experience.

· Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
