You will lead a team of craftsmen and machine operators to meet production targets, quality standards and safety regulations in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include coordinating workflows across cutting, stitching, assembly and finishing, maintaining records of output and downtime, and reporting to the Factory Manager.

Aufgaben

• Production Control: Coordinate daily workflows for cutting, stitching, assembly, and finishing. Monitor progress to ensure on-time delivery of product batches.
• Quality Assurance: Inspect raw materials and finished goods. Enforce standards to eliminate defects in stitching, alignment, and bonding.
• Team Supervision: Lead, train, and motivate workshop technicians and artisans. Manage shift schedules, evaluate performance, and resolve on-the-floor conflicts.
• Resource Optimization: Monitor material usage to minimize waste. Track inventory levels for components like linings, zippers, and threads.
• Safety & Maintenance: Enforce Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations. Ensure proper handling of cutting machinery and heavy sewing machines. Oversee maintenance.
• Reporting: Maintain records of daily output, waste metrics, and downtime. Report performance updates to Factory Manager.
• Working hours 6 days includes week ends / public holidays
