The Job
Customer engagement to identify their preferences and requirements for commercial vehicle and passenger cars leasing
Source for new corporate accounts, including SME, MNC, Independent Contractors, and Fleet Operators
Facilitate test drive, vehicle introduction, and handover.
Provide comprehensive information about pricing, leasing, sales, or vehicle information to customers/corporates
Provide customer service, service recovery, and follow-ups on assigned corporate accounts
Assist with documentation submission for sales and leasing requirements
Develop professional knowledge in automotive (commercial) leasing/sales regulations and safety and vehicle knowledge
Follow-up on prompt Payment
Prepare and compile weekly sales activities and reports for management
Job Requirements
Valid class 3 driving license (Mandatory)
Bilingual in English and Mandarin as to liaise with our China base counterpart
Good interpersonal and communication skills (both in spoken and written)
Prior 1-5 years experience in insurance, retail, real estate or automotive trade preferred
Possessing knowledge of passenger cars or commercial vehicles is an advantage
Self-starter, positive mindset and willing to learn attitude
Good team player, proactive, enthusiastic and passionate
