Responsibilities

• Oversee the leasing of malls' promotional spaces, including advertising banners and atrium spaces.
• Manage and respond to inquiries on the leasing of promotional spaces, push carts/kiosks, and vending machines within Far East Malls.
• Finalise lease agreements and other leasing-related documentation
• Conduct competitive market research and analysis to understand current trends in the real estate industry

Requirements

• Diploma in Real Estate, Business or any other relevant disciplines
• Preferably with 3 years of relevant experience in casual leasing
• Good negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
