Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular ground walkabouts on campus to gather leasing and operational information (includes taking photos and uploading into shared folders)
- Assist in the preparation of marketing materials and operational documents using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Respond to general leasing enquiries via email using pre-approved templates
- Maintain and update tenancy schedules, leasing maps, and related lease documentation under supervision
- Reconcile audited sales reports and assist in updating GTO (Gross Turnover) rental billing
- Track submission deadlines for rental arrears, utility bills, audited sales reports, and send reminders to tenants accordingly
- Assist in contract management tasks such as monitoring licence expiries for vending machines and telco equipment
- Support operations data collection and document the frequency of servicing and payment reports from tenants
- Visit tenants/operators when required for document follow-up or clarification
- Carry out basic administrative and coordination tasks as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of administrative or operations support experience preferred
- Diploma holders or candidates with relevant working experience are welcome to apply
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Detail-oriented and organized with good follow-up skills
- Able to work independently and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Comfortable with fieldwork within the campus and use of own mobile phone for photo-taking and data capture
- Able to commit to a 3-month contract (with possible extension)
