Job description

About Company:
Our client is one of the leading Japanese real estate agency in Japan providing accommodations, offices and shops to Japanese companies and expats in Singapore. They also service market research and consultancy for Japanese companies who are expanding their business in Singapore.

Job Description:
- Provide housing and relocation support to Japanese companies and expatriates based in Singapore
- Handle corporate lease arrangements for housing with Japanese companies based in Singapore
- Conduct client needs assessments, prepare proposals and quotations, and support the signing process
- Assist Japanese expatriates and their families in searching for housing
- Work closely with the company's CEA-licensed real estate agents, (1) To arrange and attend property viewings (with client transport using company vehicle), (2) To support legal documentation and tenancy preparation, including termination notices, and other required documents
- Coordinate with local operations team to manage internal paperwork
- Be the primary liaison for Japanese clients

Job Requirements:
- Japanese language proficiency is required to communicate with Japanese customers
- Familiarity with Japanese business culture in order to have better understanding of Japanese customers' needs
- Experience in B2B sales or experience dealings with corporate clients is preferred
- Experience in customer service or client-facing roles is preferred
- Business-level English proficiency for internal and external communication
- No real estate / leasing experience is required
- Time management, pro-active and good personality
- Willing to work on weekend when required; compensatory off will be provided

Compensation:
- Work location: Tanjong Pagar, Singapore
- Working hours: Monday to Friday (9am - 6pm)
