Job summary

Job Responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective tenants, conducting site viewings and managing follow-ups.
• Lead negotiations for all lease-related activities within assigned building clusters (new leases, renewals, expansions, consolidations).
• Convert leads and opportunities into successful deal closures.
• Generate new business and cross-sell products to existing customers and their partners.
• Collaborate with asset managers to optimize building occupancy and revenue.
• Develop and partner with the marketing team to implement effective marketing strategies.
• Monitor business space market trends, including supply and demand.
• Build and maintain strong networking channels with tenants and agents.
• Act as a brand ambassador to enhance overall brand equity.
• Routinely forecast revenue through portfolio and lease assessments.
• Prepare and analyze rental reports and cash flows, identifying variances.
• Initiate and finalize transactions to achieve target plans.
• Understand asset profitability to propose solutions that improve revenue while meeting tenant needs.

Job Requirements

• Minimal diploma in Business, Estate Management, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in the real estate leasing.
• Registered with the Council for Estate Agencies (CEA) is advantageous.
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and be a team player.
