Job summary
A property management firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced lease administrator to manage lease documentation and relationships with tenants. Responsibilities
- Responsible for lease documentation, management of leases, preparing and checking lease documents, liaise with internal and external legal on tenancy clauses and activation of contracts.
- Manage and maintain lease database, data entry of lease information into system, data maintenance and monitoring of lease documents status.
- Manage and maintain lease area and floor plans.
- Tracking and maintaining tenancy schedule and monthly management reports for submission, audit checks on leases
- In charge of tracking security deposit payment and any deposit adjustments, monitor banker’s guarantee’s expiry.
- Preparing and executing stamp duty and other related authorities’ applications. Tracking and maintaining of license and authorities’ approvals expiries.
- Arrears management and tracking, supporting manager on preparing of arrears report on a regular interval and present the recovery plan for delinquent cases. Liaise with internal and external counsel, court bailiffs, liquidators and collection agent in the course of work.
- Supporting manager in tenant relationship management.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor\'s degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in lease administration or property management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Yardi or similar lease management systems is a plus.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and projects independently, with strong time management and organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to work well with internal teams and external stakeholders.
