Job description

Key Responsibilities

  • Leasing Strategy: Define and implement leasing strategies for wholesale and hyperscale data center assets in key APAC markets.
  • Client Relationships: Build, grow, and maintain relationships with hyperscalers (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure), OTTs, telcos, and top-tier colocation tenants.
  • Deal Execution: Lead lease negotiations from LOI through contract execution, structuring commercial terms aligned with investment objectives.
  • Market Coverage: Provide real-time insights on tenant demand, absorption trends, and rental benchmarks across key metros.
  • Coordination: Work closely with asset managers, operators, developers, and brokers to drive leasing outcomes and ensure alignment on technical and delivery timelines.
  • Portfolio Support: Advise on pre-leasing strategies for new developments and expansions across APAC.
  • Reporting: Maintain a pipeline tracker, provide regular updates to senior management, and contribute to leasing forecasts and financial models.
Candidate Profile
  • 8–12 years of experience in data center leasing, corporate real estate, or cloud infrastructure sales.
  • Demonstrated success securing hyperscale or large enterprise tenants in the data center industry.
  • Strong regional network within cloud providers, colocation operators, and digital infrastructure investors.
  • Excellent commercial instincts and negotiation skills with a deep understanding of DC-specific lease structures.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work independently and regionally.
  • Willingness to travel across Asia as required.
