ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a CBRE Lease Admin/Tenancy Executive, you will be responsible for conducting reconciliations for small to medium-sized clients to ensure operating expenses follow lease terms. This job is a part of the Lease Administration functional area which focuses on providing real estate portfolio administration, database management, accounts payable and receivable, and audit services.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Preparation and tracking of lease documents and licences.

  • Keep accurate records of lease agreements, correspondences and other related documents.

  • Liaise with various parties such as lawyers and IRAS on lease related matters.

  • Oversee and ensure that billing and other financial transactions (such as agency fees, refund of security deposit, tenancy arrears) are followed up timely.

  • Organizing events to engage with tenants and improve landlord-tenant relationship.

  • Assist with tenants’ queries and be the main point of contact for all lease matters.

  • Understand the legal document that binds the tenant and the landlord (lease agreements), manage the tenants’ deliveries and obligations under the agreements such as payment of rents, gross turnover as well as coordinate the correspondences between the legal counsels and various stakeholders during discussion of the terms in the lease agreements.

  • His/her duties include the maintaining of the tenancy schedules and rent rolls.

  • As tenants’ satisfaction are his/her responsibilities, he/she will need to coordinate for tenants’ engagement events similar to the ones CBRE Engage does but for a bigger scale including the festivities events such as Christmas, CNY.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

  • Diploma or above in Business Management, or related discipline.

  • Minimum 2 years' experience of leasing administration experience.

  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, good communication skills.

  • High proficiency in MS Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.

  • Able to commit to 5.5 days.
