A leading real estate services management company in Singapore seeks a Lease Administrator to provide support in lease administration. The successful candidate will manage tenancy documents, coordinate payments, and maintain databases, requiring strong organizational skills and relevant experience. Candidates should hold a diploma in Business Administration or Real Estate Management and demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Word.

Lease Administration and Management:
Provide lease administration support to the Department.
Ensure tenancy documents are properly executed and documentation in line with SOP.
Process all lease documents and payments.
Ensure all lease related forms are submitted by prospects and tenants.
Update and maintain the databases for contacts of prospects and tenants.
Process payments that is relating to the Department.
Liaison works with appointed lawyers for stamping purposes.
Perform other administrative support i.e. arrange courier services, flower orders, sponsorship of gift vouchers.
Assist in stationery and office supplies to the Department.
Others:
In addition to the above key responsibilities, as and where necessary, support the head of department/deputy head of department to undertake any special projects as and when directed.
REQUIREMENTS:
Diploma in Business Administration, Real Estate Management or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably with a major commercial landlord.
Strong administrative and organizational skills.
Good team-player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with all levels in the organization.
Fast learner and able to work under pressure.
Proficiency in Microsoft Words is preferred.
Able to commence immediately or short notice.
