Job summary

MINDSG LTD in Singapore invites applications for a Learning Support Trainer (LST). The role focuses on delivering the MINDS Adult Curriculum to hubs, helping clients improve daily living and independence through structured learning.

You will collaborate with Learning Coaches and Training Officers to roll out AC, tailor lesson plans, assess progress, and prepare home-based resources for caregivers. Based at Yishun, Kebun Baru, and Woodlands locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Social Work, Psychology, or Community Services with at least 2 years' experience.
• Experience in training or teaching adults is preferred.
• Familiarity with client-centred approaches and learning supports.

Responsibilities

• Deliver MINDS Adult Curriculum modules to hubs to improve clients' daily functioning.
• Collaborate with Learning Coaches to roll out curriculum with Centre's Training Officers.
• Conduct and record assessments to monitor client progress.
• Assist with lesson planning and customize plans to meet learning needs.
• Develop home-based learning resources for caregivers and monitor usage.
• Coordinate with vendors and partners to adapt activities to client profiles.
