Qualifications

• University degree in Learning Sciences, Instructional Design, Educational Technology or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in educational technology or learning analytics in higher education.
• Proven supervisory experience leading data-driven educational technology teams.
• Strong knowledge of emerging educational technologies and instructional design.
• Experience analyzing learning analytics to support data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction for integrating learning analytics dashboards to support teaching and learning.
• Lead development and integration of data-driven frameworks and analytics tools.
• Collaborate on faculty professional development to integrate analytics into course design.
• Stay updated on trends in educational technology and learning analytics.
• Lead special projects using AI edtech to enhance student outcomes.
