Responsibilities

About the Team: The Global Functions team exists to foster productivity and effectiveness of TikTok Global Functions teams by enabling and delivering high-quality learning at a global scale. We support: Business Marketing, Ecosystem Partnerships, Global Agency & Accounts, Global Gaming, Global Monetization Strategy, Marketing Science, and Sales Operations.

The Learning & Enablement Partner, Global Functions, sits within the Business Training and Development Team and supports the learning needs of APAC Global Functions audiences. This role partners with business leaders and other key stakeholders to understand the unique learning needs of the audiences, and to provide best-in-class onboarding experiences for GBS Global Functions new hires and a sound framework for continued education, supporting efficiency and effectiveness.

Responsibilities
  • Learn core operations and objectives of teams within Global Business Solutions (GBS)
  • Establish collaborative relationships with business leaders and global training partners and within the Business Training & Development team
  • Actively support management and facilitation of

New Hire Onboarding and Continuing Education programs

  • Lead training facilitation for team offsites, summits and org-wide events as needed; work closely with global counterparts to support learning needs across regions
  • Cultivate relationships with GBS leaders and teams to identify learning needs and propose appropriate learning solutions
  • Develop and deliver continuing education programs targeted for functional efficiency and effectiveness
  • Curate and centralize learning content (videos, guides, presentations, playbooks, etc.) for ease of access and use by all teams
  • Evaluate need for and partner with training vendors to deliver targeted training solutions, when appropriate
  • Focus on impact measurement via training program data collection and analysis (e.g., surveys, assessments, certification, etc.)
  • Support other learning projects as needed
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience in digital advertising, preferably in Training & Development, Client Services/Account Management, or Sales functions
  • Senior stakeholder management expertise
  • Passion for learning and people development
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills, including experience in virtual training facilitation and engagement techniques
  • Experience developing training materials (e.g., presentations, videos, guides, etc.)
