Learning & Development Specialist (HR/Engineering) – $6000+AWS+VB (ID: 668381)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify emerging learning and development needs, implement learning strategies or programs to enhance employee skills/capabilities.
2. Perform learning needs analysis & design learning plans to address/bridge skill gaps across various employee groups.
3. Contribute to the development of the company’s competency framework.
4. Evaluate L&D policies to align with organizational goals and industry best practices while ensuring all learning initiatives meet company standards.
5. Manage entire learning activities, logistics & administration to ensure seamless execution, including preparing learning materials and coordinating learning programs/events.
6. Assess training effectiveness by gathering feedback, conducting post-training evaluations, analyzing performance metrics, and providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
7. Support the review of job scopes, job evaluations, performance management activities, implementation of high-potential (HIPO) initiatives & leadership development programs.

Job Requirements:

1. Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
2. 5-6 years of HR experience in L&D or Organization Development.
3. Possess L&D exposure in the Engineering industry will have added advantages.
4. Possess Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) / Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP) will have added advantages.
