  • Support the development and management of comprehensive training programmes, from content creation to delivery and evaluation.
  • Work with subject matter experts to ensure training materials are accurate, relevant, and engaging.
  • Gather data and feedback to help enhance training effectiveness and participant engagement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure our training programmes are innovative and compliant.
  • Collaborate with various departments to identify training needs and create customised learning solutions.
  • Help maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) to track and report on training metrics and outcomes.
  • Participate in company-wide Learning & Development (L&D) events as required.
  • Assist in reporting and communication efforts to various stakeholders.
  • Contribute to and participate in L&D ad hoc projects.
