Our Client is an Established F&B Multinational Corporation. They are seeking for an individual to join their growing business as a L&D Manager.
Responsibilities:
Design and implement tailored training programs aligned with company needs.
Conduct research on training methods and industry best practices to develop new programs.
Prepare reports on training needs and progress to guide management decisions.
Lead approved leadership workshops, covering topics such as conflict resolution and effective communication skills.
Manage organization-wide projects, facilitating team collaboration, setting goals, defining timelines, and addressing challenges.
Drive training marketing efforts to cultivate a strong learning culture.
Provide strategic support to division heads in talent development initiatives.
Assist with Talent Management and Succession Planning.
Administer Employee Surveys and execute Action Plans.
Review, update, and create learning and development policies.
Conduct market research, evaluate training vendors, and customize solutions.
Develop and implement training interventions to meet L&D needs.
Oversee the development of the Training Calendar, communication plan, and manage the training budget.
Requirements:
Min. Diploma in Any Field
Min. 8 years of professional L&D experience in F&B/ Hospitality industry
Other information:
Working Location: Central
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours
Basic Salary: S$5,800 or Above + Bonuses
