Min. 8 years of professional L&D experience in F&B/ Hospitality industry

Our Client is an Established F&B Multinational Corporation. They are seeking for an individual to join their growing business as a L&D Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement tailored training programs aligned with company needs.

  • Conduct research on training methods and industry best practices to develop new programs.

  • Prepare reports on training needs and progress to guide management decisions.

  • Lead approved leadership workshops, covering topics such as conflict resolution and effective communication skills.

  • Manage organization-wide projects, facilitating team collaboration, setting goals, defining timelines, and addressing challenges.

  • Drive training marketing efforts to cultivate a strong learning culture.

  • Provide strategic support to division heads in talent development initiatives.

  • Assist with Talent Management and Succession Planning.

  • Administer Employee Surveys and execute Action Plans.

  • Review, update, and create learning and development policies.

  • Conduct market research, evaluate training vendors, and customize solutions.

  • Develop and implement training interventions to meet L&D needs.

  • Oversee the development of the Training Calendar, communication plan, and manage the training budget.

Requirements:

  • Min. Diploma in Any Field

  • Min. 8 years of professional L&D experience in F&B/ Hospitality industry

Other information:

  • Working Location: Central

  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours

  • Basic Salary: S$5,800 or Above + Bonuses
