Job summary

A leading HR consultancy in Singapore is seeking a dedicated professional to design and implement learning interventions focused on Human Resources. Responsibilities include conducting end-to-end learning processes and collaborating with public agencies to customize learning solutions. Ideal candidates will have experience in HR and Learning & Development, alongside strong facilitation and project management skills.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in Human Resources and/or Learning & Development.
  • Strong knowledge of HR-related topics.

Job description

Duration: 1 years

Location: Buona Vista

Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 8.30am to 6pm; Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm

Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement online, blended, and in-person learning interventions on HR topics
  • Conduct end-to-end L&D processes: identifying learning needs, curriculum design, content development, delivery, and evaluation
  • Collaborate with public agencies to co-create and customise learning solutions that align with their developmental goals
  • Research emerging trends and best practices in Human Resource Management and translate insights into engaging learning formats (e.g., articles, infographics, videos, toolkits, case studies, role plays)
  • Design and facilitate learning sessions, including case study discussions, workshops, and training programmes
  • Organise HR-related learning events such as seminars, webinars, exhibitions, and communities of practice
  • Contribute to HR consultancy projects supporting transformation initiatives across public sector agencies

Requirements:

  • Preferably at least 2 years of experience in Human Resources and/or Learning & Development
  • Strong knowledge and genuine interest in HR-related topics
  • Skilled in designing and delivering learning experiences across multiple modalities (e.g., virtual, in-person, blended)
  • Strong facilitation, project management, and communication skills
  • Organised, analytical, and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and resourceful
  • Passionate about developing people and contributing to meaningful HR transformation in the public sector
