L'Oréal Internship is a 6-month full-time program (1 July 2026 - 8 January 2027) designed for ambitious, compassionate, resilient, and agile students looking to kickstart their professional journey! You will learn about our various business models, build your network, discover our unique divisions and brands, and gain an overview of L'Oréal, our culture and our working environment.

As our Learning & Development Intern, you will support the people development mission by implementing learning

Qualifications

• University students currently pursuing Bachelors or Masters degree in Singapore. Students from other institutes of higher education (e.g. Polytechnics) are also welcomed!
• Strong in Microsoft Suite, especially Excel
• Proficient in Canva, Photoshop or other editing software
• Good communication and project management skills

Responsibilities

• Support the people development mission by implementing learning solutions
• Diagnose, design, and roll-out development plans
• Create program materials and coordinate learning events
• Partner external providers/ consultants/ experts to deliver best-in-class learning experiences
• Manage the communications to stakeholders regarding learning programs
• Track internal data and metrics for reporting of learning performance
