Job Responsibilities

  • Support the roll-out of L&D courses and learning initiatives
  • Administer course registration and enrollment process
  • Monitor status of training completion and follow up
  • Assist in the preparation of training reports
  • Provide technical support related to online courses
  • Attend to administrative and logistical matters related to training
  • Assist and participate in L&D ad hoc projects

About you

  • A diploma holder with 2-3 years of administrative experience; fresh graduates with internship experience in L&D are welcome
  • Good interpersonal, time management, and project management skills
  • Meticulous, self-motivated, organized, and capable of meeting tight deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, including formulas like PIVOT tables, VLOOKUP, or INDEX-MATCH
  • Experience with LMS, digital applications, and tools like Webex, MS Teams, and Google applications is preferred
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and writing skills
  • A team player with high agility
