Job description

We are seeking a self-driven and proactive Learning & Development Coordinator in Singapore to be a key member in supporting the ASEAN Centre of Excellence for People, Growth & Experience. This role sits within the People team and will play an instrumental role in supporting the execution of initiatives for Strategy 2026.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute end-to-end learning operations, including implementation, course registration, scheduling, logistics, grant and bond administration, evaluation, reporting, and payment processing, etc.

  • Support the rollout of corporate talent and leadership development initiatives aimed at cultivating new mindsets and capabilities to meet evolving business needs.

  • Assist in digitalization projects by collecting, organizing, and coordinating data and systems to enable more efficient processes.

  • Contribute to the execution of the employee experience survey, including data analysis, management reporting, and follow-up initiatives for targeted employee groups.

Key Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in HR, L&D, or Administrative.

  • Strong interest and passion for Learning & Development.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

  • Excellent planning, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across matrix teams.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with agility and creativity

This position is offered on a 2-year full-time contract. Renewal will be based on performance and organizational needs.
