A leading company in the industry seeks a Learning & Development Coordinator in Singapore to support its People team. This role focuses on executing strategy initiatives, managing learning operations, and contributing to talent development projects. Candidates with a diploma or degree in HR and experience in L&D are encouraged to apply. This position is offered on a 2-year full-time contract with performance-based renewal opportunities.
We are seeking a self-driven and proactive Learning & Development Coordinator in Singapore to be a key member in supporting the ASEAN Centre of Excellence for People, Growth & Experience. This role sits within the People team and will play an instrumental role in supporting the execution of initiatives for Strategy 2026.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and execute end-to-end learning operations, including implementation, course registration, scheduling, logistics, grant and bond administration, evaluation, reporting, and payment processing, etc.
Support the rollout of corporate talent and leadership development initiatives aimed at cultivating new mindsets and capabilities to meet evolving business needs.
Assist in digitalization projects by collecting, organizing, and coordinating data and systems to enable more efficient processes.
Contribute to the execution of the employee experience survey, including data analysis, management reporting, and follow-up initiatives for targeted employee groups.
Key Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–3 years of relevant experience in HR, L&D, or Administrative.
Strong interest and passion for Learning & Development.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Excellent planning, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across matrix teams.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with agility and creativity
This position is offered on a 2-year full-time contract. Renewal will be based on performance and organizational needs.
