Key Responsibilities:

• Design & Develop Leadership Curriculum: Build a structured roadmap for leadership and people development (LPD) that aligns with corporate goals and supports employees through key career milestones.
• Collaborate with Training Partners: Work closely with expert training consultants to deliver impactful leadership programs with strong pre- and post-course support.
• Drive Leadership Assessments: Conduct behavioural and leadership assessments, and design tailored interventions for senior leaders.
• Create Engaging Content: Partner with senior management to foster a "leader-as-coach" culture through compelling leadership content and initiatives.
• Enhance Learning Programmes: Continuously review and improve in-house continuing education offerings to stay aligned with organizational priorities and national workforce strategies.
• Strengthen Onboarding Experience: Develop and manage a comprehensive orientation experience focused on leadership development for new joiners.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Learning & Development, especially in Leadership and People Development
• ACLP or ACTA certification is a must.
• DACE or DDDLP certification is a strong advantage.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive learning decisions and improvements.
