Location: Tampines
Contract Duration: 1 October 2025 – 28 February 2026 (5 months)

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and organised Learning Centre Executive (Part-Time – Contract) to support daily operations and customer service at our Tampines learning centre. This temporary role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a structured, student-focused environment and are seeking meaningful part-time work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and operational support
  • Manage student registrations, attendance tracking, and record-keeping
  • Assist with printing, collating, and organising worksheets and learning materials
  • Address student and parent enquiries in a friendly and professional manner
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of classrooms and facilities
  • Uphold and implement company policies and procedures
  • Assist with other administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Minimum GCE O-Level / Nitec qualification
  • Prior experience in an administrative or customer-facing role is preferred
  • Responsible, detail-oriented, and independent
  • Proficient with Google Docs and basic digital tools
  • Able to commit to the full contract duration and working schedule
  • Friendly disposition with strong communication skills
  • Working Hours:
    • Tuesday to Friday: 4:00 PM – 9:30 PM
    • Saturday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Compensation and Benefits

  • Pay Rate: $11/hour
