Job Summary
Incumbent will manage end-to-end learning and development activities of the Company, by working closely with employees, internal learning campus as well as external training partners to ensure training needs are fulfilled.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Act as a learning partner to business leaders by supporting and executing the full spectrum of the training cycle—from needs analysis to evaluation.
- Lead and manage the end-to-end coordination of training programs, ensuring timely delivery of all administrative and logistical requirements.
- Conduct comprehensive training needs assessments to identify capability gaps, with a focus on mandatory, regulatory, and business-essential skills.
- Serve as the key point of contact for internal communications on learning opportunities, providing clear and timely information to employees across functions.
- Design, initiate, and implement learning and development initiatives that enhance workforce capability and support the organization's talent strategy.
- Collaborate closely with Safran University ensuring alignment with global frameworks and strategic goals.
- Develop and maintain effective training support materials and toolkits. Confidently facilitate selected training sessions to drive engagement and knowledge transfer.
- Manage and maintain accurate training records, curriculum databases, and learning analytics; deliver regular reports to stakeholders on program effectiveness and participation.
- Oversee the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring data accuracy, optimal system use, and continuous enhancements in user experience.
- Regularly review and evaluate existing learning programs to ensure continued relevance, effectiveness, and alignment with business needs.
- Execute and monitor training programs that meet internal Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) compliance standards.
- Coordinate and continuously improve the orientation and onboarding program for new hires, ensuring a structured and engaging induction experience.
- Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives in training processes, systems, and delivery models.
- Keen eye for continuous process improvements.
- Participate actively and contribute to HSE development and improvements.
- Handle ad-hoc assignments/ projects that may arise.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources.
- Possesses a passion for training with 3 - 5 years of experience in managing overall training and development for the Company.
- Good command of the verbal and written English language. Able to adapt communication style to suit a diverse audience.
- Comfortable and proficient in MS Office software and digital learning technologies.
- Resourceful with a good knowledge of learning and development trends as well as government support programs.
- A can-do attitude and able to handle changing requirements in a dynamic environment.
- Attention to detail with a focus on quality control and time management.
