Senior Manager | Assistant Director, Learning and Development x 13 months, 3-5 months bonus
Your new company
A leading energy company is seeking a Senior Manager/Assistant Director to drive learning and development initiatives. As a key member of the Learning and Development (L&D) team, you will design and deliver Learning Needs Analysis exercises, foster relationships with training providers, and collaborate with stakeholders to develop targeted programs.
You will also drive continuous improvement in L&D processes, manage government funding applications, and develop e-learning programs. Additionally, you will oversee training budget planning, support audits, and facilitate new hire induction.
Your new role
Reporting to the Head of Talent&OD, we are looking for someone to:
Lead the end-to-end execution of the Learning Needs Analysis exercise.
Establish and maintain partnerships with training providers to procure and tailor relevant courses.
Serve as a Learning Partner by collaborating with stakeholders to design and curate targeted programs that align with business and learning objectives.
Drive continuous improvement in L&D processes and digitalisation by leveraging technology and industry best practices.
Manage the full spectrum of funding-related matters with third-party agencies, from application submissions to addressing auditor queries.
Regularly review L&D policies and programs to ensure alignment and relevance.
Partner with stakeholders to develop, structure, and implement e-learning programs.
Assist in planning and monitoring the training budget to ensure expenditures remain within set parameters.
Support audit processes and facilitate new hire induction programs.
What you will need to succeed
At least 10 years of HR experience, with a strong focus on learning and development or HR Director experience and have experience leading a team.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
The ability to align diverse perspectives and drive consensus effectively.
Proven track record in crafting credible and compelling corporate narratives.
Experienced facilitator, confident in engaging and influencing senior stakeholders.
