Job description

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement training programs aligned with organizational needs, including leadership development and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with division heads to address talent development, succession planning, and retention strategies.
  • Manage and execute employee surveys, analyze results, and create action plans with operational teams.
  • Deliver engaging training sessions, including orientation and in-house workshops on leadership and communication.
  • Implement modular training frameworks and oversee the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Monitor training effectiveness through evaluations and analytics to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Build partnerships with educational institutions and stakeholders to enhance employer branding and recruitment.
  • Oversee training logistics, vendor management, grant facilitation, and maintain accurate training records.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Learning & Development, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in L&D, including leadership and talent development frameworks.
  • Proficiency in e-learning platforms, LMS, and MS Office.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills.
  • Creative and resourceful, with expertise in modern training methods and tools.
  • Growth mindset with the ability to adapt to feedback and drive change.
