Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Learning and Development Executive to join our team! As a key member of our L&D team, you will assist in designing, developing, and delivering training programs that drive employee growth and development, while also supporting audit and compliance initiatives.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Assist in Training Administration: Help coordinate training logistics, prepare training materials, tracking training and Customer Service feedback metrics and maintain training records.
2. Support and Co-create Training Content: Design and develop engaging training content, such as presentations, guides, and job aids.
3. Facilitate Training Sessions: Conduct briefing sessions and other learning initiatives.
4. Conduct Training Evaluation: Help evaluate training effectiveness, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
5. Audit and Compliance Support: Assist in conducting audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
6. Policy Development and Maintenance: Assist in updating policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
7. Internship Program Coordination: Post internship job advertisements, receive, and coordinate internship resumes, ensuring timely and efficient processing.
8. Financial Administration: Process invoices related to training programs, set up vendor accounts, and track training expenses to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.
9. Expense Tracking and Budgeting: Monitor and track training expenses, ensuring alignment with budget allocations and providing insights for future budget planning.
Job Requirements:
1. Education: Diploma in Business, Human Resources, Education or related field.
2. Experience: 1-2 year of working experience in the F&B industry experience.
3. Skills:
- Good communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
- Basic computer skills, including MS Office and Google Suite.
- Ability to learn quickly, adapt to new situations, and prioritize tasks.
- Familiarity with audit and compliance principles is a plus.
- Effective written and communication skills in both English and Chinese (to liaise with Chinese speaking associates).
