An established industry player is seeking a passionate Learning and Development Administrator to enhance their training programs. In this pivotal role, you will ensure that training plans are meticulously maintained and that sessions are scheduled efficiently. Learning and Development Administrator

Ensure training plans submitted by managers are kept up to date (update file with any changes that come through from the managers)
Schedule trainings in line with the training plans by coordinating with managers for logistics ahead of the training session
Track and update training sessions with attendance details by working with training organizers
Document and organise evidencing required – e.g., training completion emails, completion of job rotations and mentorship notes
Support reporting requirements to show progress made against program goals
Support evidence gathering and overall support for audits
Help update initial claim forms
As an experienced L&D Administrator, you will have:
A passion and excitement for our business and our people.
Degree level or postgraduate qualification preferred.
Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to build relationships, influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
Proven experience of prioritising workload in fast paced demanding environments.
Learning Management System (LMS) experience.
It would be great if you had:
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to keep calm under pressure.
Teamwork skills.
Good communication skills (both written and verbal).
