We are seeking a Compensation and Benefits Executive to join our team. As a Compensation & Benefits Executive, your responsibilities include:

  • Conducting salary benchmarking and market analysis to maintain competitive compensation structures.
  • Participating in compensation and benefits surveys to gather relevant data.
  • Reviewing and analyzing benefits policies to ensure relevance.
  • Supporting the annual insurance renewal process.
  • Addressing inquiries from HR and employees regarding policies.
  • Reviewing policies and procedures.
  • Ordering employee welfare gifts.
  • Assisting in preparing the annual compensation and benefits budget and monitoring payroll expenses.

For Payroll, Government/Insurance Claims, Surveys, and Office Administration, responsibilities include:

  • Supporting local payroll to ensure accurate and timely payments.
  • Executing payroll activities, identifying and rectifying errors, and preparing reports.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and deadlines.
  • Handling timely e-filing of various claims and submissions.
  • Performing HR and payroll reporting, data analysis, and MOM surveys.
  • Collaborating with Business Units during the annual appraisal cycle.
  • Tracking employee benefits and managing leave administration.
  • Addressing employee inquiries related to payroll and benefits.
  • Maintaining the staff database for accuracy.
  • Managing office administration tasks such as procurement and invoice processing.
  • Performing other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

We are looking for someone with:

  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in Compensation & Benefits.
  • Self-motivation and independence.
  • High initiative and integrity.
  • Strong multitasking, attention to detail, confidentiality, and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional interaction with internal and external clients.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HR systems.
  • Knowledge of relevant Singapore government legislation, including employment laws and regulations.
