Job summary

Micron Semiconductor Asia Operations Pte. Ltd. seeks an Engineer for MSH/MSB Lean Manufacturing to drive Lean transformation across HBM, Component Assembly and Test, and SSD operations. You will partner with site teams to apply lean methodologies, improving throughput, labor productivity, yield, and cycle time.

You will lead continuous improvement events, develop sustainable lean programs, train teams, and report progress to senior management, integrating AI-enabled insights where appropriate.

Qualifications

• Master's or bachelor's in Industrial & Systems Engineering, Engineering Management, Production & Operation Management, or related field.
• Strong analytical, logical and critical thinking skills.
• Effective communicator able to collaborate across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate continuous improvement events across functional teams (Kaizen, VSM, projects, workshops).
• Develop programs and systems for lean culture sustainability.
• Identify areas for improvement via lean methodologies and tools.
• Conduct lean knowledge transfer and training to build organizational capabilities.
• Serve as the key integrator between central and site teams for lean initiatives.
• Ensure lean diagnostics and design of improvements, integrating inputs from central/site teams.
• Develop an overall view of critical initiatives and impact on KPIs.
• Provide visibility on program status with clear ownership and milestones.
• Trigger interventions to keep programs on track toward targets.
• Support regular cadence of reports and meetings with senior leadership.
• Integrate AI-assisted tools and insights into daily work to improve efficiency and quality.
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by sharing AI-enabled enhancements.
