Job summary

MICRON SEMICONDUCTOR ASIA OPERATIONS PTE. LTD. seeks a Cost Engineer to drive cost efficiency across HBM, MCP and LPDRAM/SSD manufacturing within our Lean program.

You will lead cost-improvement initiatives, perform month-end close, manage budgets and CAPEX targets, and report progress via dashboards using Power BI, aligning with site and network goals. Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
• Prior cost, manufacturing, finance, or operations experience is advantageous.
• Strong analytical, logical, and critical thinking skills.
• Effective communicator with collaboration across levels.
• Growth mindset and continuous learning in semiconductor context.
• Experience in Lean principles and AI-enabled productivity tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage cost-improvement programs across HBM, MCP, LPDRAM, and SSD.
• Perform month-end close activities and drive performance to plan.
• Ensure budget adherence and CAPEX optimization targets.
• Deliver cost and performance analyses with PM dashboards.
• Partner with Finance for quarterly business plan submissions and spend analysis.
• Integrate BKMs and AI-enabled insights across the network.
