    Company Car Provision (Performance-Based)

[Key Responsibilities]

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by professionally and warmly greeting and engaging with clients

  • Handle the sale of new and pre-owned vehicles by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate vehicle options.

  • Clearly explain vehicle features, warranty coverage, financing plans, and after-sales services to assist customers in making informed decisions.

  • Manage customer inquiries across the Group’s Facebook page and other online sales platforms.

  • Prepare and present vehicle quotations, and conduct price negotiations in accordance with company policies.

  • Assist with the refinancing process for new and used vehicle loans.
    Perform additional duties as assigned by management

[Key Requirements]

Proven experience in automotive sales or a customer-facing sales role (preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
High level of self-motivation and a results-driven attitude.
Positive, friendly and outgoing & Interest in the Automotive Industry
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Comfortable with 6-days work week
