Company Car Provision (Performance-Based)
[Key Responsibilities]
Deliver exceptional customer service by professionally and warmly greeting and engaging with clients
Handle the sale of new and pre-owned vehicles by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate vehicle options.
Clearly explain vehicle features, warranty coverage, financing plans, and after-sales services to assist customers in making informed decisions.
Manage customer inquiries across the Group’s Facebook page and other online sales platforms.
Prepare and present vehicle quotations, and conduct price negotiations in accordance with company policies.
Assist with the refinancing process for new and used vehicle loans.
Perform additional duties as assigned by management
[Key Requirements]
Proven experience in automotive sales or a customer-facing sales role (preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
High level of self-motivation and a results-driven attitude.
Positive, friendly and outgoing & Interest in the Automotive Industry
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Comfortable with 6-days work week
