2. Perform loan underwriting to meet daily targets, focusing on US Mortgage Underwriting.
3. Analyze the 4 Cs - Credit, Capacity, Capital, and Collateral.
4. Calculate income from various sources including wages, self-employment, and others.
5. Conduct credit review, asset/capital review, and calculate LTV, CLTV, PITI, and DTI ratios.
6. Ensure compliance with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and Govt. loan guidelines (FHA, VA, USDA).
7. Maintain effective communication with team and stakeholders.
