Job summary

CES_SDC Pte Ltd is seeking a seasoned supervisor to lead TBM, shaft bottom and surface crews, ensuring safe and efficient tunnelling operations in Singapore. You will coordinate daily inspections with QPS/LTA, oversee tunnel crews, and manage materials, equipment, and site activities to meet project targets.

The role requires strong supervisory skills, hands-on oversight of operation parameters, and experience in CHI preparation and execution on complex tunnelling works.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of engineering experience in relevant field.
• At least 3 years of tunnelling supervision experience on a project of similar scale and complexity.

Responsibilities

• Supervisor and manage TBM, shaft bottom and surface crew.
• Liaise and coordinate with QPS/LTA on daily inspection.
• Coordinate with tunnel crew, track and document daily work production, site management of materials and equipment.
• Supervise the operator to ensure compliance to operation parameters.
• Supervise and organise the CHI preparation and operation.
